How ordering works, how our pieces fit, and what happens after you buy.
How do I order?
Choose a piece here and tap Buy on Shopee. You land on our official store, where you pick your color and size and check out as usual.
Prefer to ask first? Message us on WhatsApp from any product page and we’ll reply with the details.
Is it safe to buy through Shopee?
Yes. The marketplace holds your payment until your order arrives, and its buyer protection applies to every purchase.
How do your sizes run?
Our pieces are cut relaxed. Each product has a size guide with garment measurements in centimetres.
Between sizes? Size down for a closer fit, or message us your height and usual size and we’ll suggest one.
Is MONDO for men or women?
Both, and everyone in between. We design and size for bodies, not genders.
How much is shipping, and how long does it take?
Shipping is calculated by the marketplace at checkout, based on your address and the courier you choose.
Can I return or exchange a piece?
Shopee orders are covered by Jaminan Shopee, which includes free returns under its terms. For size questions before you buy, message us on WhatsApp.
